Capco Associate Consultant/ interview questions

It was great everyone was super friendly. There were 3 rounds excluding hirevue. First round is a mix of analytical and behavioral questions. 2nd round is a case study - pretty detailed and reflective of the work they do. The last round was with the managing partner - a mix of behavioral, market knowledge and market sizing questions.

The interview process was both professional and enjoyable. Before the interviews, the recruiter clearly outlined the entire process from start to finish, making expectations clear. Scheduling was seamless thanks to the company’s dedicated team. Throughout the interviews, the interviewers provided valuable information and asked engaging questions that tested my critical thinking and knowledge. I especially enjoyed the case study portion, which made the experience both stimulating and fun.
