I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Londres, Angleterre) in Aug 2015
Interview
first stage was video interview where I was asked 3 automated questions, second was interview stages, grouped at the head office. We had to take a maths test, then we had quick fire interviews that were 4 mins each with some people who already work at capco, not very senior at all then we had a case study where you are give 20 mins to look at the case study and 5 minutes to present. If you pass that round you get a final interview with a senior partner.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Frankfurt am Main) in Nov 2014
Interview
it was extremely fast process - got the offer after about 3 weeks after 1 phone interview and 2 personal interviews, questions not really tricky, people were extremely friendly. Overall, positive experience. However, I asked direct questions about what exactly are the projects about (as broad as possible), since I was interested in investments and I got lied in the face that Capco does everything! I haven't learned anything in the past year, and I will be leaving this company as soon as I find a decent offer.

Question 1
