I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capco in May 2012
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Londres, Angleterre) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was very different to other experiences but fun! Started off submitting my CV, Cover Letter and answers to a few questions about financial services. This was followed by an automatic video interview whereby a question would pop up on the screen and then you had 1 minute to prepare your answer and 1 minute to answer. I was then invited to an assessment centre which consisted of four, 4 minute "quick fire" interviews, a group case study on an M&A and then a verbal and numerical reasoning test. After this I was invited back to interviews with a Managing Principal and an HR recruiter. Within two days I was called with the job offer.
