Interview
The interview process was seamless, with prompt communication at each stage. I received the outcome of each round on the same day, which made the experience highly efficient. The HR team was exceptionally supportive and approachable, ensuring a smooth and professional interaction. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I have had in my professional career.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
