I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Glasgow, Écosse) in Jun 2024
Interview
First a pre-interview stage discussion with recruitment team (which occurred ~3 days after CV submitted - impressive response time). Then a regular business (competency style) interview followed by a case study presentation and then a final senior manager interview with Senior Partner. Then around job acceptance time an offline interview/discussion with potential client you will be matched with upon starting.

Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
