I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capco in Feb 2022
Interview
They reached out to me on LinkedIn and moved very quick. I was open to a interview night, where you have 3 different interviews, from 7pm -9pm. I heard very good feedback. Then moved on to the presentation, where I had to create a PPT based on a case study. I had very good feedback during the presentation. After the presentation I talked to the recruiter about salaries and he said it was doable. Haven't heard from them in 3 weeks. Never been ghosted by a recruiter before. I would appreciate at least an email, after I gave them at least 8 hours of my time.

Positive
My interview process with Capco was one of the most welcoming and respectful experiences I’ve had in consulting. Every person I met was friendly, genuine, and intentional about creating a comfortable environment. There were no “gotcha” or trick questions — the conversations were straightforward, fair, and focused on understanding my experience.
I appreciated that they gave me time to think, ask for clarity, and speak openly without feeling judged. There was no sense of elitism or ego from anyone on the panel. Compared to other firms I’ve interviewed with, Capco’s culture felt noticeably more positive and grounded.
I left the interview feeling respected, valued, and confident that my background and experiences were truly appreciated.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco (Londres, Angleterre) in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview process was fairly smooth, mostly verbal questions and no live coding/coding exercises. Overall a nice experience.
Some issues after accepting the offer however, they then took 3 weeks to get back in contact with me. The response was that the role was no longer needed and i may get hired as a "culpability" role. Within 24 hours this was then changed to their is a role after all. This part was rather stressful.
