Interview
Intense but creative. We got there around 8am ,then it finished at 2pm. We did 1:1 question, group case study, write emails... basically it was testing the way you think, how you react to a given problem and how much you know about Capco. Don't be too nervous, but because some questions are very unpredictable, I will recommend to just be yourself, don't try to act like someone who you are not. Some of the questions will require instant response and that's how they know how you think and also maybe your personality.

Pas très compliqué comme processus de recrutement.
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

The process was easy not too tough but as a fresher you should know the DSA basics.
Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
