I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Édimbourg, Écosse) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview comprised 4 stages: an HR style interview, an interview by a member of the business, a presentation to a member of the business, and a telephone interview with a Partner.
The stages themselves were quite informal and made what is usually a stressful process a lot more comfortable. The questions asked were not too challenging, so no-one was trying to catch you out, rather just get a feel for your level of skills and experience.
One thing that stood out was being able to get a feel for the culture at Capco, i.e. dynamic, forward thinking, and invested in people. These points gave me real comfort that this was a company that I wanted to join.

Question 1
What qualities do I have that would be useful in consultancy?
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (Londres, Angleterre) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
