The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Zurich)
Interview
The overall interview process was well organised and quick. Interviews start with HR and continue with senior level employees and partners.
I had 5 interviews within two weeks, the contact was direct and friendly. Capco was flexible with agreeing on interview dates and times.
The goal of the HR interview is to find out whether the candidate's profile and expectations fit to the consulting business and to Capco. It is a good idea to have a general understanding of Capco's business and a clear idea of your own goals.
Interviews with the business partners are to determine whether the candidate's knowledge, way of thinking and approach to tackle projects are a fit. Interview questions are sensible and no nonsense. It's important to stay yourself. Capco wanted me to meet as many future colleagues as possible, which is good to gain an own picture of the company.

Question 1
How do you approach and organise a typical implementation project (with example)?
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (Londres, Angleterre) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
