We are disappointed to learn that you felt there was not enough communication with you. Our goal is to provide each candidate with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. We take individual outreach very seriously, getting to know many of you with an initial phone interview to start - it sounds like yours went well, which we commend you on. Regardless of the final outcome of an Assessment Day, we always communicate final decisions to all candidates. We also invite candidates to receive feedback, if interested, as this is something Capco’s culture is centered around.
Regarding travel reimbursement, we typically process each one successfully within 3-4 weeks of submission. We have seen reimbursements take longer than average to process when candidates provide incorrect information, but value your feedback and will look to see how we can streamline our process further. We recognize that the majority of our ATP candidates are in college, so we will challenge ourselves to turn around reimbursements even faster. We are happy that you ultimately received your check in the mail and that the situation has been remedied.
