I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Old Street, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
After applying through LinkedIn, I was quickly approached by Capco HR who gave me a very friendly introduction to the company and role. I then had a Teams meeting with another Consultant who was again very friendly and easy to get on with. A face to face interview followed with a small test conducted at Capco Head office, Old Street. In all, I would have to say that the process was both speedy and entirely positive. I havent started yet, but am eagerly awaiting my first day, making a positive contribution and moving forward.

That would be telling. Everybody has to respond according to their merits.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
