I applied online. I interviewed at Capco (Édimbourg, Écosse) in Jan 2026
Interview
Straightforward, efficient process.
Applied online and was approached by Capco recruiter. Had initial conversation with him which was followed up quickly with a CV review/interview with a Capco Consultant. I talked through my CV and was asked a few competency based questions. This was an informal conversation where I felt relaxed and could be myself.
Next stage was an interview with another Capco consultant which was a scenario based interview where I was given 20 minutes to produce a power-point presentation to show how I would handle the scenario,
Final stage was an informal discussion with a Capco partner asking about my experience and motivation.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (Londres, Angleterre) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
