I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Oct 2025
Interview
Overall, the interview process was pretty straightforward but a bit lengthy. I had a couple of virtual interviews and then an in-person interview. The virtual interviews weren't too long, about 30 minutes with each person. The in-person was 1.5 hours, with 3 different people. The communication was pretty frequent, and they responded the same day when I asked for updates. However, I felt a bit in limbo and continued to interview for other companies while I waited for confirmation that the position was signed off and approved by the end client.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked questions about my work experience, as well as some technical questions.
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (Londres, Angleterre) in May 2026
Interview
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
