Capco HR Operations Analyst interview questions

I applied through Indeed and had a virtual interview with a recruiter. She was nice but talked more about her friends and family than the position. I thought the interview went well regardless. She said she would know something the following week if the local managers would want to interview me, but I got a rejection letter the following day. Not sure I wasn't qualified for an entry-level position with 5 years experience.
