Applied through their website and got a request for an interview in the London office 3 weeks after applying. Takes approximately 3 weeks for them to get back to you. After you do the interview you should wait around 2 weeks for an answer. They inform all candidates about the outcome of their application.

Lots of input and long protracted back and forth process that I later learned was typical and indicative of company culture.
