The entire process was digital. Made things a lot more robotic and depersonalized. The AI system ranks you to move on to the next step, I felt this process eliminates connecting and getting to ask questions about the company during your interview.
First is the video recording, then if you are selected, you will be moved forward to the phone call. It was quite casual. They ask many questions about yourself, your experiences, and your career goal.

On the phone, very short a few basic questions and then one about what I would change about the program. In general, I was very unprepared because I was young, but also the interviewer was not friendly and seemed to dislike me from the beginning.
