CGI interview questions

CGI L1 – First-level interview via FloCareer: This was my fifth interview experience with FloCareer. Unfortunately, the quality of the interview process has consistently been unsatisfactory. The interviewers appeared unprepared and largely read questions without providing explanations or engaging in meaningful discussion. When clarification was requested, there was often no response, followed by the same questions being repeated after a delay. Additionally, coding questions were asked without adequate explanation or context. Despite performing well in interviews, I have never received constructive feedback or any follow-up communication. Given these repeated experiences, I do not find value in continuing interviews conducted through FloCareer and will be opting out of future interview opportunities via this platform.

Initial screening call, followed by an assessment day and 1hr interview. A lot of time invested, just to get ghosted. Followed up several times asking for feedback and heard nothing, despite them claiming they would provide constructive feedback.
