      After introductions, it was a group panel interview that briefly discussed current roles and responsibilities, what they need help working on, and what direction they're striving for. The interview was about an hour long that ranged from policies, procedures, as well as some technical questions and questions about past experiences.

      Some typical HR questions, very technical interview. Need to have good understanding and ability to explain networking process, OSI model and TCP/IP, know how to secure virtual machines, understand transport layer protocols well, was asked to describe my home network, was asked a few questions on how I would deal with certain scenarios involved coworkers or management being "wrong" and what I would do. They asked many questions to gauge how well you would work in a team environment . 3 interviewers, took 1.5 hours. security clearances 100% needed, or the ability to get one.
