Process was detailed however generic questions asked at every interview. A lot of scenario type of questions of what would you do if you were put in a certain position.

how would you handle an employee coming with a complaint
I was contacted to have a phone screen for a Supervisor position. I was fully prepared for my interview the day of my screen and did not receive a call. I then reached out to the recruiter to be told she was sick. Ok, I can understand that. We then rescheduled. They day of my rescheduled phone screen the recruiter failed to show up again. At this point, I knew this company was a red flag. The recruiter reached out to me AFTER our scheduled phone call to then reschedule me again. Guess what? She didn't show up again. I then sent an email requesting my resume be removed from their system and that my application not be considered.
I find it insanely unprofessional to not only NOT show up for a scheduled screening, but then to reschedule two other times and still not show up. These companies need to be exposed with how they are treating applicants. The amount of time I had to take off work to ensure I was prepared for this interview to literally not show up is unacceptable. I would never want to work for a company that treats people this way. I hope someone see's this review and really looks into their recruiting team.
