Personal interview after a phone call. No tech tests. I had 2 person from the team talking to me. We met to have a coffee. The group also making a phone call interview after the group agreement about the candidate.

My advisor at school got me into contact with the person over the program. I had to send a business email and my transcript to get this opportunity. This program was straight forward for people that are interested. As long as you are serious about this opportunity and have a nice GPA the odds of getting this internship are high.
