I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied by a recruiter. Initially they schedule a phone interview but then asked me if I want to do a in-person interview directly. So I skipped the phone interview and did the on-site interview.
The hiring manager was nice, asked me some behavior questions and briefly introduced me their line of business and some challenges that the candidate will face if hired. There were suppose other VP and director to perform the interview but they were tied up to something. So they grabbed someone that are not on the interview schedule to continue the interview and it's really weird during that process.
Overall it's a very conversational process.

Poor hiring process. Don’t bother applying online. It is best to get a recruiter who works with the company or get a connection to refer you for a job.

Submit your resume first and foremost and then the select applicants get an in person interview. The in person interview involved meeting with the manager of the team. And part of the interview process was a 20 minute or so Excel case study to show proficiency in Excel (advanced level not required).
