Question 1
They asked about projects i do with government. What i can bring to the table
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ByteDance (Ciudad de Mexico) in May 2025
Interview
The interview with the line manager was a good experience — engaging and insightful. However, the second round with the next-level interviewer felt impersonal and more like a procedural step than a genuine conversation. It seemed there was little interest or engagement from their side. Didn't get real feedback after that.

Question 1
The questions were basic and straightforward, focusing mainly on my background and experience. The conversation didn’t go very deep and felt quite transactional.
