ByteDance interview questions

My interview experience was tedious, obtuse and protracted. They requested interviews at unsociable hours for interviews with staff in other timezones and assigned a HR contact from a totally different timezone, so when the interviewer did not show up I was unable to contact the HR rep.

I had an initial phone call screening. I completed an initial phone screening with the hiring manager, discussed my background and skills, explored core responsibilities, asked insightful questions, received feedback, and understood upcoming steps in the interview process.
