Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe one conflict that you have once encountered.
It's not a good one, during the interview, the interviewer's network and laptop are both dead for more than 10 minutes. I'm patient and humble during the whole procedure and show total understanding about this issue and let him not worry about that. Even though I solved all coding questions and when I asked him what I can do to be fully prepared for such roles, he even said that I'm on the right track. Anywanys, I still got a no on the next day morning... That's QUICK, showing that he doesn't want to consider me at all...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
2 coding questions and some generalized tech questions.
They reached through LinkedIn and we went through a few interview steps and with questions about background and the vision I had for the role. As they had reached out about the position I found they were surprisingly elusive about what they expected for the role and getting clarity on how they envisioned the role was impossible, and probably counted against me. Which as a consultant who has given service to them sounds about right. Later I had to chase them to find out the results.
