4 technical interviews in total, last 1 month. Failed in the final interview with no reason. I think it's total Waste of time. They keep sending interview invitation and keep failing the candidates. You cannot obtain the job requirements and job content via the JD they list on linkedin. You will only know it when you attend the interview and ask the interviewers directly. The hrs know nothing about the job, they only care about sending your CV to the demanding department.
I had three rounds of interviews in total. The first round was with a peer PM. The second round was with hiring manager. The third round was with director. All the interviews were talking about my past experience. My interview with hiring manager and director were conducted in Chinese because they were based in China.
