I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King (Miami, FL) in Feb 2015
Interview
The first round of interviews was over the phone, second round was over Skype, the third and final round was in the headquarters and I was flown out to Miami. I was there from 8 am to 2 pm. In the morning, there was a presentation of what the company is like and where they're heading. Then, we introduced ourselves. There were college students from so many different schools! Then we were put into groups. At each table, two or three current BK corporate employees sat and watched as we played a business game. After the game, we had a lunch break and we could talk and mingle with current BK employees. Then, there was speed round interviews. I was interviewed by 10 different employees for about 15 minutes each. After this, everyone waited in a room. They were going to narrow down who went on to the final round, where you would do a one minute presentation about yourself to the highest level employees, like the CFO and CEO. This was definitely an all day event.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first round of phone interviews consisted of analytical and also questions getting to know about who you are. The Skype interview consisted of just analytical questions. For example, how would you know how many people in all of the U.S. are eating dinner at 7 PM? They want you to make assumptions for this question, there is no right answer, just be confident. Also, if the small hand on a clock is on the 3 and the big hand is on the 6, how much is the degree of the angle? It was something like that. The final round was traditional interview questions like What are your strengths and weaknesses? How would you create a great business?
