I applied. They called me a couple of weeks later. They reviewed my online application with me. I was then told I could start the very next day. It was great, as a 16 year old I was brought on in a hurry and was able to get right to work. Looking back now, the simplicity was benefitial to my transition into the working world.
I applied through harri.com and had an inperson interview it took around a week and then after interview i got the offer and i joined as a part time employee during my term time

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
