Consisted of two webcam interviews, then a final round at the BKC headquarters. There was a cut of about 40% 3/4ths of the way through the final round. From there we went on to interview with the CEO, CFO, and HR VP.

The toughest questions came when interviewing the executives. They ask very directed questions regarding weaknesses they are concerned about.

Applied through university recruiting. Had two phone interviews (one behavioral, one technical with brain teasers only) before being invited to corporate headquarters in Miami for a superday. The superday consisted of one hour of "speed-dating" interviews (rotating between different interviewers for 10 minute interviews), 2 thirty minute interviews (one behavioral, one market case study), a business game simulation to observe how you worked as a team member, and a final group interview with 3-4 other applicants and the C-suite execs.

During the final group interview, each applicant was asked to name the strongest and weakest intern in that group.
