I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Burger King (Tallahassee, FL) in Feb 2012
Interview
I went to a job fair. I'd been to all the potential employers. I was hungry and ready to go. I didn't want to just give up and give in to my physical hunger and so decided to go to one more booth. I didn't recognize that it was Burger King because the d/b/a name was advertised. As I walked passed I was asked if I had supervisory skills and upon answering yes, I was given an application different than the application which I saw most other people around me had. I completed the application turned it in. I was asked if I had a minute to talk. Of course I said yes. I was interviewed at that time by the District Manager who hired me on the spot. I completed an on line assessment and on board enrollment the same day. I went to the New Hire Orientation about a week later. The following week I went to training and 6 weeks later began working as a Manager.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Burger King (Benton, AR) in Jun 2016
Interview
Lasted five minutes and the manager didnt ask any useful questions. He didnt know what he was doing. He wasn't very professional. There was more quiet than questions. He didnt want to know what experience I had. Five minutes isn't long enough for a proper interview. I was very displeased. I did not take the job.
