First round consists of three interviews. All ccontain a personal fit part followed by a case and depending on the time some minutes for questions. You will get a call in the afternoon whether you are invited into the second round or not. The cases are relatively short with only 20-25min. Drivte to result is important as well as focusing and good business sense. Overall experience was rather negative due to the unpleasant behavior of one interviewer (mainly driven by arrogancy) - something I never experienced at other top-tier consultancies and had an impact on the whole interview process. I guess it was bad luck or a bad day for that specific interviewer, but this is the experience I got.
