Interview
7 face 2 face interviews + 3 online cases. The face 2 face interviews were divided in two separate steps.
In the first step I had the first interview in English, then I got the 3 online tests using their laptop (a calculator, pen and blank sheets were provided) and the two interviews more (all case based interviews). The second step was characterized by 4 more interviews, 3 were case based while the fourth was with the HR director and was mainly used to test my motivation to work for BCG and to ask questions more related to my CV and previous experience.

You are the CEO of BCG about to go to a meeting with all the partners. Share with them the outlook of management consulting for the next 5 years and try to motivate them to do better
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.

Round 1: online case followed by live case with a consultant
Round 2: 2 live cases back to back
