Booking.com Credit Controller interview questions

I got an email that I will be interviewed for the position. After setting up a time I got a call that they will phone me if they need more candidates but they think they will be hiring someone that day. Other experiences with HR was equally unprofessional

I received an email from HR scheduling a phone interview. After two days I got a call that lasted about 30 minutes. Typical questions tell-me-about-yourself. It was more about personality than technical knowledge. The next day I received another email scheduling a face-to-face interview. Were two team leaders. Questions related to day-to-day situations Regarding the job.
