I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2021
Interview
Had one round HR interview, and one round hackerrank online interview.
Rejected after the hackerrank session.
While interestingly that I solved the given problem without any issue (bug-free with various test cases) within accepted time complexity. I heard people who are not able to solve two problems will be rejected. BUT I WAS NOT GIVEN THE SECOND PROBLEM! There is still a lot of time left and I was never given the second problem. The interviewer asked me to write a lot of more test cases to waste time (while I know my solution is definitely bug-free). And when there is 20 minutes left he asked if I have any questions so that the last 20 minutes was spent in chatting :)
If you don't want to hire people, don't post JD okay?
If you have any other concern should at least provide feekback earlier. At least I don't feel I did anything wrong for the technical round but was still rejected.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Angleterre) in Nov 2020
Interview
Standard coding challenges and system design questions, then talk to 2 senior managers of different department.
The hiring managers and engineers were very nice but the senior managers were really inpatient.

Interview
Worst interview processes. I applied for the post of senior software developer through LinkedIn. I got a mail for telephonic interview. In telephonic interview, he asked me to traverse a binary tree vertically. I answered it correctly. The interviewer was all satisfied. After 2 days, I got rejection mail. I don’t know on what ground they rejected me. The only thing I can think of is I needed a visa sponsorship. If you can’t provide visa sponsorship then don’t initiate interview process
