The Bloomberg interview process was a challenging yet enriching journey that evaluated not only my problem-solving and technical skills but also my ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and remain composed under pressure across multiple rounds of interviews.

Question 1
They asked me to solve a medium-level algorithmic problem from Hackerank involving data structures, and then explain my approach clearly while optimizing for both time and space complexity.
Honestly stay away from this place, they are so full of themselves it's almost sickening. They love to give you absurd coding interviews where the interviewers look disinterested like they've dismissed you before it even starts, which kinda defeats the entire purpose of the interview style where they're supposed to be engaged to see your problem solving process, so it just devolves into "did you memorize DSA hard leetcode questions". Half of them are barely able to communicate with another human being in the first place, and they think they're so very special because they got a job at this hideous place.

Question 1
The questions are all over the place, entirely depending on who is interviewing you I guess, as is the quality of the interview itself. I had exactly 1/4 decent human beings in my interviews with Bloomberg and that was the only reason I even advanced in the process.

Interview
The first step was a technical interview. I was asked basic software engineering questions and also had a live coding session. The interviewer had a british accent which is a little bit difficult for me to understand at the time.
