Bloomberg Software Developer interview questions

1 phone interview, 1 video call interview, 1 day on site (6 hours) coding in interactive session on all three. Brain teasers on 3rd interview. Offer of > £175k for first year total compensation Turned it down because - 45 hour/week contract (defended by being "standard") - requirement to work weekends/holidays as needed without compensation - requirement to sign opt out of UK working law and agree to above 48 hours per week average - Glassdoor reviews all confirm the above intent results in no work/life balance

3 on campus interviews . First 2 rounds are coding challenges and last round is HR and senior hiring managers. Coding challenges are pretty easy and I got rejected because of system design from the last round.
