I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
I submitted my application online and received an email in a couple of days with an invitation to complete online tests, such as numerical test, which was relatively easy compared to most other standardised numerical reasoning tests. After this, I was invited for a phone interview, which focussed mostly on motivational aspects and relevant past experiences. Having passed this stage, an invitation to an in-house interview with two team leaders followed.
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.
