Question 1
Tell me a situation where you had to deal with an issue and how did you encounter it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Angleterre) in Dec 2020
Interview
I went first through a behavioural test with plum, then a prerecorded interview. I then received an email saying that I passed the prerecorded video interview. 2 weeks later, I was asked about my availability for the next step by the HR person(EMEA Talent Experience Specialist). However, The HR person did not return to me with a date but only an email thanking me for talking with the team(I never did) and the rest of the usual template answer. I did send an email back to ask about the reasons(No answer). It was very unprofessional of Bloomberg as interviewees put a great deal of time in preparing for interviews. People especially in these times cannot afford to waste time.
