Barclays Spring Week interview questions

It was an online interview, including some multi-choice questions and free-response questions which I need to talk in front of the camera. It is for the first-year student without any experience in the finance area, so most are general questions.

Online Video Assessment. The assessment took 30 minutes. Given 1 to 2 minutes to prepare for each question and 2 minutes to answer. Can only record video once before submitting. Questions include motivational and competency tests as well as writing email to a senior employee.
