      Interview

      I arrived 10 minutes early for my interview but the team manager/interviewer was a 1/2 hour late. She apologized due to meetings but still did not make a great impression. The interview was not stressful until work hours were discussed. She was perturbed because I specifically needed day hours Monday to Friday due to evening and Sat commitments with a part-time teaching position. I received a rejection email later the same day but it was for another position I applied for online a week or two earlier--not the position I was interviewed for. I had sent a thank you note, but also sent the recruiter a note to clarify the rejection email but I never received a response. I was promised an answer a week later--that never came. The biggest turnoff was that the job description mentioned nothing about being flexible to work weekends and evenings or I would not have wasted my time applying. Otherwise, the benefit plan mentioned was very good as were performance incentives and a nice complex and area to work in.

      Interview

      Was straightforward and very easy. Applied online. Did a personality test, then received a phone call from a recruiter, who asked basic questions then got invited to a group interview. The interview was a group session evening and then a 121 interview at the end. In the group exercise you are split into two groups - 1 group does the interview first then, and the other group does the group activity next then you switch. Group exercise you have to sit in a circle and explain who your hero is. (This is part of your assessment) the 121 interview was very short, and the person who did my interview was very easy going, talkative and made the whole experience less nerve racking and a much more enjoyable experience. First interview I can say I actually had fun at. The recruiters explain the process very well and are also lovely.
