After the CV scan it there was an online assessment on a specialised platform with 2 coding challenges. You had 2h to solve them. During the whole process you were monitored both on the camera and on the microphone, and your browser was recorded.

Indetail interview process with appropriate focus on all concept of programming and analysis.
Round-1 with project based evaluation and technologies and tool used for requirement gathering.
Round-2 The continuation with first and certain technically fluent challenging question

I arrived at the Barclays Munich office on Leopoldstraße. A friendly recruiter named Katharina welcomed me. We discussed Java microservices, Kubernetes deployments, and team culture. The atmosphere felt professional yet relaxed. Overall, a positive experience.
