I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Londres, Angleterre) in Aug 2014
Interview
Telephone interviews followed by face to face interviews. Everyone was super friendly and professional and willing to share information about the pros/cons of working for Barclays. Definitely left with a good impression of the team and company.

communication and responses were quick and cordial. Interview lasted 2 hours with 4 different people. The interview itself was very conversational and friendly. I did not feel nervous walking them through my resume or explaining how I would be a good fit for the position

Question 1
What is your pet peeve and how do you deal with it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (Jersey City, NJ) in Sep 2009
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. The last of which was to fly me to CA for a face to face with the main office. The organization asked a lot of "non-related" questions. How many children I had, what were their ages/names/etc. At first I thought it was a test & wasn't sure how I should answer. Then I realized they were "comfortably" trying to get information from me to base the hiring decision.
