Barclays Graduate Program interview questions

I applied and 2 seconds later, was sent the link to an online assessment. It was unnecessarily long and didn't measure anything but common sense. I'm guessing that their goal is to weed out people who are not willing to waste their time taking their dumb assessments. If that was their goal, they definitely accomplished it, since I elected to not complete it. Get it together, HR! Is this a good measure of my quality as a candidate? Do you even look at the results?

The process is too long and exhaustive. Besides playing the "inclusivity" card, be ready to be rejected by AI and don't take it personally. The process wasn't very easy either but I guess that's expected
