I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Palo Alto, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
2 typical consulting interviews. First was in person with a manager. Since I was applying for an overseas office, second was a video conference with a manager in Asia. Harder to do a case study over video but it worked out fine. Both had case studies which were expected. Second round had some behavioral questions as well.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
