Un premier entretien physique avec un Partner à propos de mon expérience et de mes motivations. Un test d'anglais et étude de cas par téléphone. Un entretien avec un directeur sur mes motivations et avec étude de cas.
Etant à l'étranger, les recruteurs ont adapté les dates des entretiens avec une grande flexibilité. J'ai apprécié le fait que l'on puisse être coaché par un alumni afin de préparer les entretiens. Les équipes de recrutement propose une grande assistance pour la préparation et la programmation des entretiens. Je regrette l'absence de feedback/suivi suite à une réponse négative.

Very structured process with case interviews and behavioral. Most easily accessed through on campus recruiting. Very structured and helpful that timing and feedback are quick and clear, recruiting typically runs on cycles, with consultant interviews in winter

Case interviews looking for qualitative and quantitative input
Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
