I applied for Trade Finance Intern position. It took me 1 month to go through all processes. The interviews were not difficult. The first round, I was interviewed by head of HR. It was pretty much easy. The 2nd round I had a chance to talk with head of Operations and COO. They asked many tricky questions but mostly about myself, no technical questions.

Given a scenario and asked to answer comprehension questions related to it while suggesting technological solutions + diagram drawing. Quite unprofessional over MS Teams, will kick you out over technical difficulties on their end and you're required to email your work to them. Pretty inefficient and taxing process.
Innoversite - Hackathon based selection process. Online assessment is the 1st screening process, then they shortlist for the hackathon there you'll be teamed up with people randomly. Make sure you have a good communication skills, showcase yourself not only coding perfectionists but also in other activities conducted there.
