3 group interviews, one after the other, with 4 candidates in a group. The interviews were conducted by HR, Research and Debt Capital Markets representatives. Not technical, but competency and commercial awareness based. It took roughly 3 hours and that was the whole process of the assessment day. There were no individual nor group case studies.
