B&Q Customer Service Advisor interview questions

Quite relaxed and informal. It involved a group exercise with other candidates, to work together on a task. Afterwards it was then 1-2-1 interview with manager asking work related questions from previous work experiences

First you complete an assessment online which is a typical scenarios such as when a customer asks a question what will you do. Then a telephone interview which asked about 4 quick questions such as why do you want to work for b&q , and then you come in for assessment after the group assessment you then do a 1:1 interview.
