straightforward and polite felt like a conversation, maybe dependant on store but more of a formality than anything, basic questions about reasoning for working at B&M and some about working with a team. Very friendly and understanding

It was a very swift process, the customer service manager was very nice. Questions were standard and not too hard to answer. One question asked about flexibility throughout the week.
