The interview was held in a meeting room at a church hall for a new store opening. There were some 15+ applicants present to be interviewed by the store manager and one other manager. The store manager was 30 mins late and the the other manager never arrived. I was first in and the interview was relatively formulaic, ie introduced to each other and some pleasantries, she then explained that she a had a sheet of paper with some 12 questions , the questions are easy. The interview was very quick 15 mins max ( she was going to do this another 15+ times). Application submitted on Thursday , interview on Tuesday , Job offer Thursday. 1 week total time Success rate 6 out of 15 were hired.
