Very hard interview, I only had 2 days to prepare but felt like I would have needed a month. Extremely hard questions and very long process. Left the interview drained on energy. After applying you receive a call asking a few basic questions like what do you know about Aviva, Why would you like this role. On the phone I was told the interview would be harder than the job itself. You get invited to a second Interview which lasts 2 and a half hours. They will start with some basic information and ask some basic questions like when can you start, notice period etc. Then you will be paired with a worker to listen to calls and ask questions for about an hour. You will then be taken to the actual interview which lasts another hour. They do a typing exercise to test how fast you can type and then there are about 6 questions. You have to answer using the STAR method using detailed examples. Do some research on strength based questions and prepare as many examples as you can. At the end they will give you holiday scenarios, let you read them and then you will have to help recommend a holiday.
